Managing complex calendars and travel arrangements for executives
Working with others to resolve client issues
Providing administrative support for the human resources team and assisting with hiring
Assisting with planning client and internal events
Administering office guidelines and policies, ordering supplies, and maintaining the office
1-3 years of administrative experience
Self-motivated and proactive, able to stay organized in a shifting environment
Able to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, service-oriented
