Managing the calendar and scheduling for the leadership team
Handling correspondence- taking and making calls on behalf of leadership members, communicating with Board members, sending reminders and following up after meetings
Coordinating logistics for meetings, preparing materials, and arranging rooms/AV
Working on smaller projects as needed
Proactive, finds ways to streamline processes and be more efficient
Excellent writing and interpersonal communication skills
