One of our clients, a renowned, global Biotech company located in Cambridge, MA is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to assist with their growing team. An ideal candidate is someone who has Administrative experience, excellent communication skills, as well as an organized, professional attitude.

Assist customers, take and process orders via telephone and fax.
Assist customers by answering product and service questions; understand internal company resources to redirect and assist customers.
Opens and maintains customer accounts by recording and updating account information.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related general administrative office duties as needed.
Assist with stock management as needed.
1-2 years of Customer Service or applicable experience (i.e. retail services)
Strong computer skills required. MS Office knowledge preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary. Ability to listen attentively and actively.
Strong attention to detail required. Committed to meeting quality standards.
Individuals should be outgoing, enthusiastic, and able to handle multiple tasks.
Must be a team player and enjoy working with others.
Uses customer-oriented telephone etiquette to get information. Greets callers, establishes rapport, and projects professional tone.
Is attentive to the needs of customers. Responds quickly and competently to customer requests. Deadline oriented.
