A prestigious institute in Cambridge, MA is looking for an AV Support Coordinator at their Student Life Dean's office. The ideal applicant will be someone who is tech savvy, quick learner, has an understanding of audio visual services and who can work well with a team, but also independently and has PC desktop support experience.

Installing a remote monitoring software on all of our digital signage computers (channel players) around campus.
swapping out new channel players for some older models.
Remoting in and changing out the program – tight VNC is the program they use, then “ team viewer.”
20-25 computer swap outs that need to be done – this would involve running around campus.
Must be tech savvy and fast on their feet
“Digital signage” experience a plus
Customer oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks
