One of our clients, a management consulting firm, is looking to hire a diversity and inclusion-focused recruitment strategist based in their Boston office. This individual will work closely with the recruiting team to help create and implement a strategic program to improve diversity and inclusion in the company’s hiring process. Working closely with a strong recruiting team based in Boston and other offices nationally
Building relationships and partnerships with schools, clubs, and other affiliated groups in order to build a robust candidate pipeline
Researching strategies for diversity recruiting, including attending conferences and networking with other companies
Developing and implementing a research-based strategy for diversity recruiting
3-5 years of experience in a similar, diversity and inclusion-focused role
Analytical, able to work with data and present a data-based strategy
