A large $3B healthcare company is looking for a Project Coordinator.
This position reports to the Director of Project Management and will support the Accounting & Finance team on a variety of process improvement and system implementation projects. This position will work alongside a larger Project Manager team but will own a few select projects from start to finish.
Compensation depends on experience but is up to 75K + bonus + 4% 401k match + 80% paid benefits and + $5,000 a year in tuition reimbursement.

Manage projects of all different sizes and provide backup support on the larger projects as needed
Sit down with department heads to understand their process and workflows and brainstorm ways on how to do things more efficiently using the company systems
Effectively manage team meetings, including the scheduling of meetings, the preparation of agendas, the development of meeting minutes, and the follow up on action items
Collaborate with customers and internal partners to understand department needs and requirements.
Applying your knowledge of our enterprise solutions to address department needs.
Scoping, planning, and executing multiple projects in accordance with contractual requirements, including financial and resource management for on-time, on-budget delivery.
Overcoming project obstacles and adjusting as needed to stay on course.
Responsible for the preparation of routine status reports and communicate project health to stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
At least 3 years of professional work experience
Light understanding of Accounting or Finance preferred but not required
Being involved in a system implementation before is a strong plus
Ability to successfully drive projects to completion
Ability to juggle projects with competing priorities in a complex, fast-paced environment
