A renowned Higher Education institute is on the lookout for a Co-op Data Manager and assist the Director of Co-op at the Engineering school. An ideal candidate is someone who is outgoing & cheerful, with strong communication and MS office skills.

Assist Co-op Coordinators with the day-to-day workflow of preparing students and employers for co-op placements.
Maintain relevant databases, compile and analyze data, information and reports in Microsoft Excel, Orbis and other applications
Support efforts to maintain the completeness and integrity of data in various co-op systems
Develop communication materials for students and employers
Assist with preparation of co-op class materials and Blackboard course management
Assist with event planning, and maintain team master calendars; set up computers and projectors for events, and video conference meetings
Create flyers for events and maintain bulletin boards/wall graphic displays
Schedule conference, interview, and class rooms
Provide general administrative help and take meeting minutes
Serve as first contact in the reception area to greet students and employers
Develop communication materials for students and employers, via email and Google forms
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to learn new technology quickly
Ability to work in a fast-paced office with changing priorities
Observant and takes a proactive approach to problem solving
