A rapidly growing global startup SaaS company in Boston is looking to add a Senior Payroll Analyst to its team. This is an add to staff position due to growth (recent acquisitions). The company is PE-backed and has acquired 4 companies in the last year. You’ll report to the Assistant Controller and mentor a Payroll Specialist.

Responsible for payroll for 450 employees globally (400 in the US and 100 international)
Train and mentor the Payroll specialist
Provide answers for any questions from employees on anything related to payroll
Business partner across the organization (particularly HR)
5+ years of Payroll experience
Global Payroll experience is required
Strong systems skills
