We are seeking a strong Payroll Professional to oversee the internal payroll and benefits management for a growing firm in Cambridge. The company highly values its employees, and the timely administration of payroll and benefits is a TOP priority in their company culture.
This Lead Payroll position will work within the larger finance team and be responsible for multi-state payroll for 200+ employees, the company’s PTO tracking system, 401k program, and be an internal resource for internal benefits inquiries.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2+ years multi-state payroll experience (ADP)
Experience administering employee benefits (preferred, not required)
