We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join a company that is known for career development and how well they treat their employees. You will focus on a range of responsibilities that include payroll processing, stock-based compensation and developing strategies to drive forward company goals. Process bi-weekly payroll and reporting
Prepare payroll journal entries and year end reconciliations.
Process stock based compensation
Responsible for payroll liability analysis and reconciliation
Adhere to company policies and procedures
2+ years’ payroll experience
Strong Excel skills
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
