Due to COVID-19 this role will be begin remotely. Must be able to work onsite in Boston, MA once the office reopens.
Responsible for the day-to-day administration of employee benefit plans that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability Insurance
Process FMLA requests and employment verification.
Assist with on-boarding and off-boarding of employees, including exit interview process.
Provide analytical and technical support in the delivery and auditing of our benefit programs.
Managing PTO statement for staff and days off
Assist with Open Enrollment
Set up and perform scheduled audits with benefit carriers Administration of compensation changes records
Assist with tracking of FMLA and administration of company leave of absence claims
Perform quarterly 401K audit
Review and pay monthly benefit vendor invoices and maintain budget tracker
2 years working in HR and benefits, with an in-depth understanding of FMLA, 401K and benefits administration
Experience working with a benefits software and HRIS systems.
Proficient user of Google applications, DocuSign, Greenhouse, Namely.
Strong business acumen, customer service and critical thinking skills
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent problem solving/judgment skills
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
