Our client, a leading Telehealth company in Boston, MA is hiring for Provider Support Specialist. Due to COVID-19 this role will begin remote, but Provider Support Specialist must be able to eventually work onsite in their downtown Boston Offices.
Provide technical and account support to providers and hospital staff users via Salesforce
Serve as the point contact to assist users with technical questions regarding the software platform
Respond to providers and hospital staff in a timely matter via phone, email and instant chat
Ensure an excellent support experience for our providers and hospital staff users by meeting all applicable metrics and goals
Accurately document requests in a way that is clear, concise and actionable by other internal resources
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and escalate complex issues while adhering to Support protocols
Other special projects as they arise
Bachelor's degree required
1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing environment
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in fast-paced, interruption-prone environments
Strong technical skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and Salesforce
Must be tech savvy to troubleshoot software issues
Ability to quickly diagnose, resolve, and effectively communicate technical issues to a diverse audience
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and use critical thinking and problem solving to troubleshoot complex support issues.
Strong writing skills
Experience in a SaaS environment preferred
Experience in Hospital environment or healthcare setting strongly preferred
Must be able to pass a background check
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with potential for OT
