A renewable energy services firm located in Wellesley, MA, is in search of an Accounts Payable Clerk on a part-time bases. An ideal clerk would be someone with solid AP experience and demonstrates strong communication abilities.

Responsible for internal and external communications to manage A/P relationships.
Process invoices, travel expenses, and checks.
Provide timely and effective customer service to all external vendors, employees, and inter-company vendor issues.
Open and process accounting mail
Set up new records for vendors, consultants/contractors and new employees in accounting system.
Generate ad-hoc reports on Quickbooks.
Filing and administration of accounting records, reports, and other paperwork.
Other projects assigned as needed.
2+ years of experience working on end-to-end accounts payable processes
Proven track record in handling standard A/P concepts, practices and procedures
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and QuickBooks
Bookkeeping experience a plus
Possesses strong and effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide clear direction when troubleshooting issues and providing answers to A/P questions
Position requires comfort when verbally communicating with varying levels of staff, management, officials and executives
