One of our clients, a financial services firm west of Boston is looking to hire a personable and professional Executive Assistant/Office Manager. This Assistant will wear many hats to support the office and the managing director—from scheduling meetings to assisting with client research. The ideal candidate for this role is motivated, a quick-thinker, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment. Overseeing the managing director’s calendar, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel
Welcoming guests and clients in person and over the phone
Assisting with meeting and presentation preparation
Filing company documents, managing payables, updating the company budget
Maintaining office supplies and equipment, working with vendors and building contacts
Assisting with company or client research
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant required, preferably in financial services
Independent, able to manage time and prioritize work
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office required; experience with Quickbooks preferred
