One of our clients, an insurance company in Back Bay, is looking for a professional and service-oriented Receptionist and Administrative Assistant. This Receptionist will provide administrative support to the whole office, while solving problems and stepping in for additional help as necessary. Greeting guests and screening and routing phone calls through the front desk
Maintaining the cleanliness and inventory of the kitchen, managing catering, setting up and cleaning up common areas and conference rooms
Attending to the maintenance and operation of office equipment (such as fax machines, copiers, and printers), as well as overseeing all video conferencing needs
Preparing materials for presentations; maintaining communication across the office
Providing extra assistance as needed, ready to help with additional errands
Bachelor’s degree, 1-3 years of relevant experience; administrative experience a plus
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; able to maintain discretion and professionalism
Strong organization and time-management skills, ability to anticipate and proactively solve problems before they occur
Flexible, able to multi-task and manage time effectively
Motivated and eager to help; a team player
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
