Client is a leading healthcare insurance provider in MA looking to hire a temporary ServiceNow Analyst to assist the ServiceNow team in gathering requirements and defining workflows for standard catalog item requests.
Meet with business and IT personnel to gather requirements for variables and work flows for new items to be included in the service catalog
Update requirements for existing items as required and facilitate these changes through development
Gather requirements and provide analysis for non-catalog related functionality as needed
At least two years’ experience in Information Systems development, preferably in a healthcare insurance domain
Strong knowledge of ITIL, CMMI, PMBoK and Operations Excellence standards and procedures
