One of our clients, a highly reputable life insurance agency in the Boston area, is looking to bring on a full-time Portfolio Associate. The person in this position will be responsible for managing portfolios, analyzing data, and developing strong business relationships. Providing clients with portfolio management and detailed performance reviews
Preparing invoices and reports periodically
Analyzing portfolio strategies and funding opportunities
Creating customized presentation materials for client use
Working alongside internal department members and upper level management
Liaising with each client’s advisory team
Proficiency with the entire Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel)
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
Willingness to collaborate with others on various projects
Effective written and verbal communication skills
