Provide clients with financial expertise
Develop financial controls and procedures
Oversee reporting process and monthly close
Handle payroll and manage new employees/staffing changes
Manage invoices and create reports for Budget to Actual variance analysis
Prepare board materials
Recommend and execute system upgrades, process improvements and other advancements
Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Ability to travel to client locations within Boston/Cambridge
