Office Manager
One of our clients, a philanthropic initiative, is looking to hire an Office Manager to oversee office management. This Office Manager will provide general administrative support and maintain office areas and external relationships. The ideal candidate for this position is proactive, motivated, and delivers superior-quality work. Responsibilities:
- Filing documents; posting and receiving mail
- Assisting with a shift to paperless filing
- Setting up meetings, arranging some travel documents
- Answering calls, directing visitors, and maintaining the tidiness and stock of office
- Managing vendor relationships, including with building maintenance and technology support vendors
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant, office manager, or similar operations role
- Strong organizational and communication skills, excellent attention to detail
- Team-oriented, proactive in providing assistance however needed
- Takes ownership of work and delivers high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and overall savviness to pick up new systems
