The ideal Assistant would be someone who is very professional and flexible, not easily flustered, reliable, and the ability a learn new systems with ease.

Download and format excel reports
Reach out to providers to resolve inquiries
High School diploma or equivalent
Excellent writing, customer service skills and great phone etiquette
Must be very professional
Must have the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Must be flexible and take on new and urgent responsibilities responsibly
