Our client, a global life science company in Cambridge, is looking for a part-time temporary Marketing Specialist to support sales and marketing activities. This role will be 20hrs/week for 3-4 months + and they are looking for someone to start ASAP. Must have 2+ years of marketing experience.
Due to COVID-19, this role will start remotely, but candidates must have the ability to work onsite in Cambridge once it is safe to do so.
Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns
Utilize Eloqua and/or Marketo email automation
Coordinate inventory of collateral and manage updates on digital media properties.
Create timelines and manage inventory together with the communications management team and the creative team.
Research and analyze marketing campaigns and report on effectiveness
Partner with the sales team to support global campaigns and product launches
Create and monitor digital marketing activities with email distribution, such as event invites, digital announcements, etc. As well as coordinate mass mail distribution lists.
Assist with monthly reporting
Support the team with virtual events including logistics, event management and sponsorship
Bachelor's degree required, ideally in marketing or business
MUST have experience using Eloqua or Marketo
2-4 Years’ experience in a marketing role
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Must have a strong ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must have strong communication skills both written and spoken
