Developing a compensation structure and strategy; communicating the program to employees
Working with unit leadership to guide competitive base salary offers, compensation reviews, bonus planning, etc.
Analyze strategy to make data-driven recommendations to senior leadership, including general improvements and solutions to specific issues
Creating and presenting materials and spreadsheets for executive meetings
Managing and mentoring a team of junior compensation professionals
Creating and distributing regular and ad hoc reports; responding to data inquiries from across the organization
Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of previous experience in an analytical Compensation role required; financial services experience preferred
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, able to work with employees and executives from across the organization and present ideas both verbally and in writing
Experience designing incentive plans and managing equity programs
A leader able to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Analytical and detail-oriented with strong critical thinking skills; able to pull from both qualitative and quantitative insights
Able to be flexible and deliver high quality results while managing multiple projects and deadlines
