We are seeking a capable and organized Office/Facilities Assistant to join the team of a real estate company in Newton, MA. This is a temporary position, for at least 1-2 months and it starts immediately. The ideal candidate will be very organized, have knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office, and be a multi-tasker.

Maintain the office space, including stocking the kitchen, managing inventory of the copy room and mailroom and keeping conference rooms and common spaces tidy.
File, catalog, and sort materials and maintain inventory records.
Handle scheduling and calendar management, as well as occasional front desk coverage, greeting visitors
Order office supplies and materials
Ensure administrative needs are met and assist in special projects.
General office management and administrative duties.
1-2 years of experience in an office environment and/or data entry experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Experience with Microsoft Office.
Ability to maintain confidential information.
Hours: 7:30am-3:30pm Monday- Friday
This role does require 100% onsite work, safety measures have been taken to be in compliance with COVID-19 guidelines for office space.
