One of our clients, in the energy industry, located in Wellesley, MA is looking to bring on an Accounts Payable Clerk on a part-time contract basis. The Accounts Payable Clerk will work in a fast-paced environment and assist the CFO, as well as the Controller. The ideal candidate for this Accounts Payable role will be a skilled multi-tasker, who can be trusted with confidential information, and who has a great eye for detail. This position is looking for someone who can work 10-20 hours/week.
For training, this person must be able to be onsite in the Wellesley, MA office, opportunity for remote work once the training period is over.

·Entering invoices to the system, verifying receipts, running checks and helping out with all aspects of Accounts Payable
·Handling bank reconciliations
·Constructing and maintaining excel sheets
·Posting to the general ledger and taking the lead for the weekly payroll processing
·Supporting the CFO and the controller
·Taking on additional responsibilities as requested
·Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Accounting
· 0-1 years of experience
·QuickBooks knowledge is a must
·Great working knowledge of MS Office (advanced Excel)
