We are searching for Data Support Coordinator to help within the Global Distribution Data Management Team at a well-known global investment management company. They are looking for someone who is ambitious, a quick learner, and has prior experience in the financial industry. This position is a long-term temporary position but has the possibility to go longer for the right candidate.
Due to COVID-19, this role will start remotely, ASAP. Once the office reopens, this role will require the ability to work onsite in their Boston Office.
Use Salesforce to Analyze and resolve customer data update requests
Review and resolve daily client data exception reports.
Prepare and analyze spreadsheet data for upload into processing systems.
Update and maintain department process guidelines and documentation.
Acts as a resource to assist other members of GDDS and Business Intelligence teams.
Performs special research and client data processing projects as necessary.
Assists with additional responsibilities as requested.
Bachelors degree in Business or Finance strong preferred
1-2 years of prior experience working in a financial services (Asset management is a bonus)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Well-known knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Ability to perform tasks through Salesforce
