Data Support Coordinator
We are searching for Data Support Coordinator to help within the Global Distribution Data Management Team at a well-known global investment management company. They are looking for someone who is ambitious, a quick learner, and has prior experience in the financial industry. This position is a long-term temporary position but has the possibility to go longer for the right candidate.
Due to COVID-19, this role will start remotely, ASAP. Once the office reopens, this role will require the ability to work onsite in their Boston Office.
Responsibilities:
- Use Salesforce to Analyze and resolve customer data update requests
- Review and resolve daily client data exception reports.
- Prepare and analyze spreadsheet data for upload into processing systems.
- Update and maintain department process guidelines and documentation.
- Acts as a resource to assist other members of GDDS and Business Intelligence teams.
- Performs special research and client data processing projects as necessary.
- Assists with additional responsibilities as requested.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business or Finance strongly preferred
- 1-2 years of prior experience working in a financial services (Asset management is a bonus)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Well-known knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to perform tasks through Salesforce
