Our client at an education facility is looking to add a customer service representative on a part time basis in Dedham, MA. This position is slated for four months but it could last longer. They are looking for someone who has strong customer service experience and has a background in IT. This position is expected to start ASAP. This role will require onsite work 100% of the time. Candidates must be okay to work onsite in the Dedham area.
·Assisting teachers setting up virtual classrooms and troubleshooting any issues that arise as they integrate into hybrid learning
·Organizing and setting up desks to help the classrooms keep social distancing
·Manage IT inventory control throughout the facility
·Required to work up to 25-30 hours a week.
·1-2 years of relevant technology experience
·Strong customer service skills
·Detail oriented and tech savvy
·Willing to take on any task no matter how big or small
