One of our clients, is hiring an Executive Assistant to provide support to the Chief of Staff. This Executive Assistant will focus on assisting the Chief in daily communication. The best candidate for this role will have previous experience supporting a high-level executive and excellent communication skills. Working with the Chief to maintain communication over email and phone
Crafting and managing all communication efforts on behalf of the CEO
Coordinating daily meetings and taking accurate minutes
Assisting with various office projects as assigned
Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and iPhone applications
Confident and able to anticipate and address problems as they arise
