One of our clients is looking to add a Client Services Specialist to their Boston team. This Client Services Specialist will work closely with clients to promote adoption of the company’s services and provide user support. Building communication and relationships with clients and staff members
Acting as a liaison between clients and experts
Strategizing and executing plans to encourage service adoption
Coordinating client engagement; reviewing, coordinating, and following-up on client requests
Staying up to date on company technical abilities to ensure client satisfaction and manage expectations
2+ years of client service and project management experiences
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Excellent communication skills, especially verbal and presentation skills
Organized, excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills
Collaborative, team-player, curious, energetic
