One of our clients, a well-known research institution in Cambridge, MA, is looking for a HR Representative on a part-time basis for 20 hours/week. This role is a 3-6 month temporary position. The ideal candidate is an experienced HR professional, goal oriented, great with people and working with a team.
Coordinate and prepare documents
of enrollment, process enrollment transactions, prepare documentation, and
create enrollment plan summary
Serve as the main point contact for COIVD-19 test policies
and handle all inquires from employees, assistant with contact tracing, update
weekly test results dashboard and FAQs
Responsible for employee orientation and new hire onboarding
Assist in recruitment efforts including coordinating interviews, sourcing, writing job descriptions and working directly with hiring managers to fill open requisitions
Manage the HRIS and maintain employee files, records and information.
Bachelor's degree required
3-5+ years of HR or recruiting experience
Previous HR database system/coordination experience is preferred
Knowledge of HRIS
Ability to maintain confidential information and excellent communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
