One of our clients is looking to bring on a full-time Executive Assistant in their Technical Unit. The person in this position will be responsible for supporting the Operating Partner and two VPs for leading operational and strategic efforts within the company. The ideal candidate for this role will be a motivated self-starter with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Assisting the Partner/VP in implementing effective decision-making strategies
Collaborating with executives on matters relating to operations management
Delegating inquiries to appropriate departments/individuals on behalf of the Partner/VP
Overseeing the sponsorship program and ensuring that executives are regularly reaching out to customers
Managing the Partner/VP's schedule and coordinating appointments, travel arrangements, etc.
Arrange conference calls
Assist with light accounting and financial reconciliations at end of month close
4-6 years of Executive support experience
Ability to interact effectively with upper-level management
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
