Working with managers to help them manage employee issues; coaching managers on HR best practices in recruiting and working with employees
Understanding managers’ business goals and helping them create a strategy to achieve them
Driving Diversity and Inclusion strategy and efforts; working with HR partners to create long-term policies and practices
Managing recruiting activities for particular roles; ensuring consistent use of best recruitment practices in sourcing, interviewing, and extending offers to candidates
Leading performance evaluations together with management to ensure employees are engaged and being supported to reach their goals
Identifying opportunities for employee and leadership development and ensuring that employees are getting access to development trainings
Bachelor’s degree preferred, master’s degree a plus
8+ years of experience in Human Resources
Proven experience in fitting HR goals with business goals; strong understanding of business drivers and concepts
Understanding of Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace; experience with related initiatives required
Self-starter, motivated, able to take ownership of projects
Collaborative, works well with employees of all levels, able to engage across the company
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
