Investment management firm experiencing significant growth over the last two years, is looking for a Tax Manager to build out the tax function and work closely with the CAO. As the firm has added three new funds to their portfolio, the finance leadership team sees the need for a strong Tax professional to step in and lead Tax strategy, tax compliance, reporting and planning for multiple funds and the organizations’ family office.
Ideal candidate has spent time in Big Four or large regional public accounting and has extensive financial services tax experience. Ideally, the Tax Manager has also spent time with another top investment firm and has seen best practices in place and is excited to build out a function within a high growth, dynamic organization.

7-15 years tax experience
prior public accounting experience, Big Four or large regional a plus
CPA / MST
extensive financial services, fund experience
prior experience with family office tax is a plus
Strong leadership skills
excellent process improvement abilities
hands-on mentality, comfortable pitching in wherever needed & building from the ground up
Strong systems skills
