Tax Manager – Remote
We are looking for a Tax Manager for a 100% remote position with a national management consulting and public accounting firm in Greater Boston.
The firm is well-established in their field and has a highly progressive culture that places huge value on employee’s work/life balance, encouraging internal growth, and utilizing new technologies. HQ is located in MA, but the role can be permanently remote.
The Opportunity:
- Lead and manage multiple tax engagements
- Advise clients on tax regulation, tax compliance, and tax planning strategies
- Oversee the preparation of multi-state returns, complex individual returns, and some international
- Manage a team of multiple direct reports and continue to grow team
- Reports directly to an excellent Tax Principle
- Comprehensive benefits, profit-sharing plans for employees; 401k plan

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 6+ years of relevant tax experience (some from public accounting)
- CPA or advanced degree in Taxation preferred
- 1+ years supervisory/management experience
- Ability to create and maintain strong social relationships
- Proficient with tax accounting systems and technologies
