Responsibilities & Day to day:
Source, identify, attract, recruit and onboard technical and non-technical candidates
Actively work to identify passive talent via LinkedIn and other recruiting tools
Seek out and participate in talent events
Handling phone conversations to build and strengthen relationships
Bringing passion and information to potential candidates to continue to curate an enthusiastic and top team
Technical and non-technical corporate recruiting experience
Basic knowledge of technical terminology to display expertise to a variety of candidates
Organized, flexible with strong verbal communication skills
Excellent writing skills
Energized by mission-based work with a willingness and excitement to learn
Computer skills: Microsoft Office, iGEM, LinkedIn, Greenhouse ATS
