Our client is looking for a Technical Recruiter. This recruiter will recruiter new talent to the company and work with the HR team to onboard internal hires. The ideal candidate for this position works well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is able to jump into multiple projects. Source resume using job boards, career fairs, social media and personal networks
Assess talent through phone screens and interviews
Collaborate with hiring manager to create job descriptions and schedule interviews
Provide information to candidates about the organization and help them understand the mission and the responsibilities of the role
Work with the HR team to onboard new hires
Track progress using the applicant tracking system and continuously update data
3+ years of recruiting in the technology space
Strong written and verbal communication
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Familiar with HR processes, Litmus, and applicant tracking systems
