One of our clients, a leading health insurance company in Watertown, MA is looking for Enrollment Coordinators to join their team! This is a 6 month+ temporary position that could become permanent for the right candidate, and it starts in mid- October 2020. Due to COVID-19 this role will begin remotely, but must have capabilities to work onsite in Watertown, MA.
Process member applications and quality check information for accuracy.
Identify QC trends and maintain meticulous records and documentation.
Assist members with enrollment changes, updates and questions.
Research, review and resolve member issues received via phone or email.
Communicate with internal and external members regarding practitioner information.
Maintain confidential practitioner and member information.
Process terminations, change requests, address/contact information.
Input and Maintain out of plan provider data to ensure accuracy for payment into systems
Solve tax identification issues for providers when needed.
Enter initial applications into the system.
Coordinate internal mail.
Engage in special projects assigned.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
1-2 years of experience in the Health Care field strong preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent Microsoft Office abilities, and experience in database management system.
