Our client is, a well-known Bank in the Greater Boston area, is currently seeking an experienced contract recruiter with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter. The ideal candidate must be skilled and results driven, with a thorough understanding of applicant tracking systems, strong Microsoft Office skills and impeccable communication skills. This role is a 6 month + temp position, but could become permanent for the right person.

Due to COVID-19 this role will be remote to start, but they are looking for flexibility for someone to eventually work onsite in the North of Boston.
Direct and manage full cycle recruiting efforts including talent sourcing, candidate evaluation and screening, interview process, offer negotiations, close process and new hire on boarding
Identify diverse, top-level talent within the company's primary markets through sourcing methods which include direct sourcing, networking, job boards, referrals, online resources and professional associations
Strategically partner with hiring managers to direct recruiting initiatives and coordinate interview process
Conduct interview screening process following firm guidelines and legal requirements
Conducts comprehensive pre-employment background checks and references of candidates
Includes offer letters and all related paperwork to be processed timely and accurately
Manages relationships with search firms and other candidate sources as required
Endorse retention, career development and training within the firm
Demonstrate strong relationship recruiting skills and ability to cultivate a diverse candidate pool
Ability to execute a successful sourcing strategy and maintain a strong professional network as a recruiter
Demonstrate a full range of sourcing techniques including internet sourcing, networking, job boards, referrals and personal network
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
High sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple hiring needs simultaneously
Experience and Education:
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience required
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
