We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Sales Support Specialist to join our client, a leading insurance company in Boston, MA! The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, have experience working in a fast-paced environment, and want to grow professionally. This role is a temporary position with the opportunity to go perm for the right candidate.
Due to COVID-19, this role will be starting out remote and has the potential to move to on site in the fall.
• Answer requests and questions from customers over the phone, chat, and email.
• Assist with data entry and work in multiple databases.
• Manage customers and prioritize urgent needs.
• Interface with the sales department; assist with reports and follow-ups.
• Document customer’s activity accurately in the system.
• Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
• 1+ years of experience with customer service/sales.
• Strong writing and spoken skills.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.
• No office experience required.
• Background in food service and retail welcome.
