Our client, a prestigious University in Cambridge, MA, is looking for a Reporting/Program Coordinator to support their team. This role is a 6 month + temporary position and is 40hrs/week. Experience with Salesforce is a must!
Due to COVID-19, this role will be remote for the foreseeable future, but must be available to work onsite in their Cambridge, MA office when the offices reopen.
Reviewing and comparing program data in Excel and Salesforce to insure accuracy of data imports, flagging and tracking errors for correction.
Supporting the team in working with course platform providers to review course marketing materials, and vendor course web pages, programs website / marketing materials to insure accuracy across all groups.
Creating and modifying Salesforce reports.
Compiling, preparing, and reviewing data for future updates in Salesforce.
Organizing and maintaining records and course files within Salesforce.
Monitoring & tracking customer inquiries and send to the customer relations team.
Reviewing and analyzing course evaluations and surveys.
Creating and modifying SOPS/Training Guides.
Populating records with information from multiple sources.
Supporting the creation of dashboards and reporting in Salesforce.
Organizing reports for participant/client data and registration information for program executives (using Google Drive, Google Docs, and Salesforce).
Scheduling meetings and recording meeting notes as needed.
Various project support as needed
2+ years experience working with Salesforce required.
Bachelor’s degree is required.
Must have strong customer service skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, detail oriented and be able to multitask.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and CRM database management).
Familiarity with online learning platforms such as Canvas, and comfort working with new digital platforms as needed.
Previous experience working with Zoom, Go-to-Meeting, and Google Docs preferred.
