Billing Analyst

A rapidly growing & highly awarded software / robotics company is seeking a Billing Analyst to join their team. Reporting to the Controller, this highly visible role will focus on customer invoicing, AR tracking, and other monthly close processes. This company is at an exciting growth stage, has received numerous awards for their product, and offers multiple internal growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

·        Prepare accurate customer invoicing

·        Analyze & track outstanding receivable balances

·        Assist with month-end close billing / AR projects

·        Generate weekly billing / receivable reports for management

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field

·        1-2+ years billing / AR / cash experience

·        Strong communication skills

·        Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
