Global company has an immediate need for an Assistant Controller on their growing team. Reporting directly to the Corporate Controller, the Assistant Controller will oversee a team and play an integral part in driving the company’s continued growth.
Lead month-end and quarter-end close activities
Oversee a team of direct reports; train and mentor new reports as Accounting team grows
Manage domestic accounting function for multiple entities; ensure GAAP compliance
Support international accounting teams; comply with IFRS standards
Implement new financial processes, accounting systems as needed
Establish and maintain internal controls
Support internal and external audits and compliance audits as needed
7+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong US GAAP and IFRS experience
CPA preferred, not required
Experience working with or implementing large ERP systems
Proven leadership capabilities and interpersonal skills
