Boston healthcare technology company is seeking a strong Senior Financial Analyst to join a high-performing FP&A team.
This position will be a strategic partner to senior leadership to drive efficiencies within the budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and analytic functions within the organization. Depending on prior experience, this position is open to Senior Financial Analyst OR Lead Financial Analyst title.
Plan and execute annual budgeting and financial forecasting process
Build financial reporting models as they relate to budgeting
Create budget to actual and variance analysis reports and present to leadership
Establish and monitor financials KPI to track financial trends
Provide operational guidance to R&D organization
Act as a resource to junior team members
Participate in one-off strategic projects as needed
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
4-8 years of relevant FP&A experience
Experience from a large, global, or publicly-traded company
Intermediate or advanced Excel
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
