A global private equity firm is hiring a Senior Operations Associate in their downtown Boston office. Ideal candidates will have at least two years of operations experience in the financial services industry. The company offers tuition reimbursement, a strong bonus, and high visibility across multiple teams and financial functions.
Oversee daily team activity and communication with other company entities
Daily interaction with investors as a client-services representative
Support capital calls, post invoices, oversee collections, coordinate loan programs
Generate and post distribution notices, coordinate paperwork for wires and checks
Develop and implement new systems to streamline report generation and distribution
Establish relationship with team banking entity- set up new accounts, deposit checks, oversee wiring procedures
Represent the group with high level of professionalism and efficiency across the firm
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field
Experience within Client Services and/or Financial Services industries
2-8 years of operational or administrative experience
Experience using technology to streamline organization performance
Ability to multitask, high level of professionalism, strong interpersonal skills
