Partner with recruiting team to source, interview, and hire new candidates
Participate in diversity and inclusion strategies to create a more inclusive workforce
Manage full-cycle college recruitment and internship program
Assist the HR Manager with administering benefits and processing payroll
Manage internal Human Resources department communications
Onboard and train new employees
Bachelors or associates degree in related field
1-2 years of Human Resources professional experience
Strong written, verbal, and listening skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Comfortable with public speaking in large and small groups
