Our client, a prestigious consulting firm in Boston, is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner with extensive management or corporate partnership experience. This Human Resources Business Partner will advise and assist the internal business managers on HR related activities and issues. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least five years of experience in HR, as well as business management experience. Providing Human Resources guidance to assigned teams
Working with managers to define and develop talent management and employee engagement initiatives
Coaching team managers on employee performance management and conflict resolution
Analyzing various data sets and metrics to identify and implement performance and retention solutions
Mitigating risk by thoroughly investigating employee relations issues
Coordinating with development departments to create and execute training workshops
Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred
A minimum of five years of related HR experience required
Strong preference for experience in consulting, financial services, or professional services industries
Senior management or corporate partnerships experience required
Previous experience working with every level of an organization
Experience overseeing performance metrics related to company goals
Analytical and data-oriented to drive results
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
