Our client, a Needham health care and hospitality company, is looking to hire a passionate Recruiter to join as a senior member of their team. This Recruiter will work closely with the company’s hiring managers to provide guidance and manage the full-cycle recruitment efforts. They will work five days/week from the Needham office. The ideal candidate for this Senior Recruiter role will have Human Resources and recruiting experience, preferably in the health care sector, and strong communication skills. Working with hiring managers to define recruiting strategies, requirements, and processes
Utilizing different sourcing methods to create and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Reviewing resumes and pre-screening potential candidates
Requesting and facilitating candidate feedback
Managing the complete offer process and onboarding new hires
Leveraging all aspects of the company’s ATS
Facilitating weekly metrics meetings
Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years of experience in Human Resources and in a recruiting capacity
Experience with Human Resources processes and state/federal compliance best practices
Proficiency with ATSs and Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
