We are seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Office Assistant to join our well-known client, a nonprofit with various locations in downtown Boston. This position is temporary for 3-6 months and it starts immediately. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, knows how to work in a fast-paced environment, can prioritize, and is client focused.

Enter data into the company’s system, and keep the system updated
Greet visitors and answer phone calls/emails
Managing the inventory of office supplies and assisting with ordering new inventory
Manage and distribute incoming mail and coordinate outgoing of mail
Provide community information resources to clients, assist clients with filling out applications
Performing other office tasks and engage in special projects as requested
High school degree or equivalent
Bilingual in English/Spanish
Experience working in a professional office environment is preferred
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
Customer service experience strongly preferred
Detail orientation and ability to multi task
Able to work in a fast-paced environment while keeping composure
This role will require 100% onsite work.
Hours: M-F 9am - 5pm
