Full life-cycle recruitment and onboarding
Implements creative sourcing strategies for attracting top talent
Coordinates with Hiring Managers to prescreen applicants
Conducts phone/virtual interviews and communicates with hiring managers
Documents and maintains candidate information accurately in HRIS
Partners with company leaders to create long-term hiring strategies
Analyzes workforce planning data to develop hiring processes
Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years of Human Resources Experience with a focus on talent acquisition
Experience with healthcare recruitment
Exposure to and experience with HR administration, compliance and processes
Project management and workforce planning experience
Strong sourcing experience through LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster
Knowledge of various ATS systems
