Office Coordinator
We are currently helping our client with an Office Coordinator search for their busy/growing office! This role will be on-site Monday-Friday and is providing a wide variety of administrative support across different business units.
Responsibilities:
- Answers multi-line telephone/email and responds to customer inquiries, routing calls to the appropriate location (as needed)
- Greets and directs visitors (as needed)
- Maintains day to day office responsibilities; orders and maintains supplies, arranges for equipment maintenance, keeps common areas (kitchen, conference rooms, and supply closet) stocked and clean; etc.
- Support websites used by company and prepares reports as needed/requested
- Maintains training: develops schedule, registrations, certificates, etc.
- Maintains company e-mail list, e-mail addresses, provides email support
- Responds to manager requests providing support in multiple areas as needed
- Maintains payments and accounts for associated company websites and accounts
- Sets up new employees with access, assist with onboarding and HR paperwork
- Help to plan company events/ board meetings, and coordinate catering
Qualifications:
- Associates degree required, BS/BA strongly preferred
- Prior experience in a prior administrative role required (internship or college work applicable)
- Positive, friendly and resourceful demeanor required
- Exemplary track record of reliability
- Able to manage projects/priorities in a fast paced working environment
- Positive, friendly and resourceful demeanor required
- Excellent computer skills (high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
