Senior Revenue Accountant
A global pre-IPO Tech Company is looking for a Senior Revenue Accountant to join their team. Reporting to the Controller, this role will be heavily involved with Technical Accounting (ASC 606 in particular). Strong compensation package that includes a bonus and stock.
Responsibilities:
- Perform Technical Accounting research, particularly regarding ASC 606
- Develop & implement corporate accounting policies
- Key member of the month-end close process
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure all deliverables are accurate and of the highest quality
Desired Skillset:
- Strong problem solver, possessing the ability to see how the different pieces of the puzzle fit together
- Excellent communicator, both written and oral, to act as a cross-functional business partner
- Highly detail oriented, with an analytical approach to supporting the strategic decision-making process
- Ability to troubleshoot any issues that arise with the systems or data
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- CPA strongly preferred
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Public Accounting
- Self-starter – the hiring manager is an awesome trainer, but will not micromanage
